Victoria Hill Site Servicing
Constructed the roadworks and site servicing for a future townhouse site and towers. The installed utilities consisted of storm, sanitary, water, concrete encased hydro, telephone and streetlights. This work was being constructed in coordination with the building subcontractors as well.
The large diameter storm was tied into GVRD arch culvert adjacent to the very busy Columbia Street. This entailed major shoring, dewatering, detailed concrete work, a box culvert and traffic control.
The work also included widening McBride Boulevard, which is a major street and required traffic control.
